Keith and Gioia,

I think I’ve mentioned my previous moves and homes many times - there have been five so far. This is my sixth.

Not once in the first five moves did my agent actively participate in the inspection and walk thru phase of the process. – until now.

I can not tell you how grateful I am that I do not have to actively control this step as I had done in the past. It was nice to stand back and watch you two push.

It is reassuring to know that you two will “fight” as aggressively as I would to make sure the house is as perfect as it can be when we move in. Undoubtedly the work you two are doing now will save Tanya and I much grief in the coming days and weeks. Every item you catch is one less worry I’ll have.

In fact, I think you two have a better eye for detail than I. The “water in tub” before grouting suggestion and dust on the arch (to name a few) were two catches I never would have made.

I’ve been very satisfied with service so far.

What you two are doing now really sets you apart from your competition.
